This program is designed for all divers, all abilities, all ages. Divers will start with stretching, dryland conditioning and basic tumbling, deck drills & skills, then move to the springboards. Come to learn, improve, and prepare for competition. Coaches on deck have combined experience training all levels from beginner to elite National divers.
